1. Service Nature

NearNest is a software platform that provides verification tools, geographic processing, and encrypted communication. We do not broker, lease, or transact any real estate.

2. User Responsibility

Students and landlords are responsible for their own agreements. NearNest does not act as an agent or broker.

3. Fee for Software

Any fee paid is for access to software features (verification, contact data, dashboard), not for any property transaction.

4. Verification Disclaimer

We perform basic identity and property document checks (Aadhaar, ownership proof) as part of our verification software. However, final due diligence, site visits, rental terms, and agreement conditions are the sole responsibility of the users.

5. Limitation of Liability

NearNest shall not be liable for any loss, damage, dispute, or injury arising from any rental agreement, interaction, or transaction between a student and a landlord. Our software only facilitates communication and data verification. You use the platform at your own risk.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Post fake or misleading property listings.
• Harass, abuse, or spam other users.
• Attempt to bypass our verification or payment systems.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
