Clear, transparent policies for our software service fees

NearNest charges a one‑time software access fee for the Student Verification Pass (₹99) and a recurring subscription for the Landlord Premium Dashboard (₹499/month). These fees are for the use of our verification tools, encrypted communication interface, and analytics dashboard – not for any property transaction.
If you have not used any of the software features (e.g., accessing verified owner contact details or downloading legal document templates), you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days or once you have accessed the software features, no refund will be issued.
Basic browsing and map viewing remain free forever and do not count as “software feature usage”.
Landlord Premium Dashboard subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel within the first 7 days of your first paid month (or within the free trial period), you will receive a full refund. After 7 days, the subscription fee for the current month is non‑refundable, but you will not be charged for future months.

Our team will review your request and respond within 5‑7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Landlords can cancel their Premium Dashboard subscription at any time from their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further payments will be deducted, and you will retain access until the period ends.
