• Location Data: With your permission, we utilize live GPS data to power our Map-Based Discovery (using PostGIS) to help you find rooms or PGs near specific college gates.
• Verification Data: For owners, we collect Aadhaar and property proof documentation strictly for administrative verification purposes.
• Communications: We securely process chat messages exchanged between users within the app to facilitate safe communication regarding room availability.

We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below:

• To facilitate account creation and logon processes.
• To connect students with verified property owners securely.
• To provide real-time room availability updates via Supabase WebSockets.
• To handle dispute resolutions through our Master Admin Console.

For example, a student's basic profile may be visible to an owner when inquiring about a room, and an owner's verified property details are visible to students browsing the map.
